1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Math Reviewer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Math Reviewer provides AI-generated step-by-step explanations for math problems. Explanations are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. The Service is an educational aid, not a substitute for a qualified instructor.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Plans & Billing

• Free Learner — 2 problems per day, free of charge.
• Pro Learner — $25/month, billed monthly via Stripe, with 10 problems per day, history, and doodle-style concept videos.

You can cancel Pro at any time. After cancellation you keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service; (b) submit content you do not have rights to; (c) use the Service to cheat on any examination or assessment in violation of the rules of an academic institution.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of problems you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it in order to generate explanations and to improve the Service. The explanations themselves are provided to you for personal, non-commercial educational use.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that explanations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
