1. What we collect

• Account data — email, password hash, OAuth identifiers.
• Problem submissions — the math problems you submit and the explanations we generate.
• Usage data — page views, plan, and daily problem counts to enforce limits and improve the Service.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference and subscription status only.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, generate explanations, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

Math problems you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider in order to generate explanations. They are processed under that provider's data-handling terms and are not used to train public models.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and lightweight first-party analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers we rely on to run the Service (hosting, database, AI gateway, payment processor) and when required by law.

6. Retention

Account and submission data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@reviewerai.example.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
